How much sugar is there in your juices?

We know it’s important for you to have clear nutrition facts about your favorite beverages. That’s why we make it simple and easy to find. Look at the Nutrition Facts label on our bottles and cans to find out how much sugar there is in our juices. Do your juices and juice drinks have added sugar? 

 

Some of our juice beverages are sweetened with added sugar, but many are not. Look at the ingredients list next to the Nutrition Facts label on our bottles and cans. If you see words like “high fructose corn syrup” or “sugar,” then sugar was added.

How much added sugar can I have a day? 

We support the current recommendation by several leading health authorities, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. They say people should limit added sugar to no more than 10% of their total energy/calorie consumption.

We know people have concerns about eating or drinking too much sugar. That’s why we’re reducing sugar in many of our beverages and making our reduced- and no-sugar drinks easier to find.

We want to give you choices, so you can decide what’s right for your lifestyle and diet. We offer more than 800 beverages in the U.S. Of these, 250 are reduced- or no-sugar.
